30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days from the delivery date, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide the return label.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
